Timbers at the Pinery

The Belhaven was designed and built for the 1997 Parade of Homes in the Timbers at the Pinery. The home was built with an insulated concrete form system (ICFS) which eliminated wood exterior wall framing. The Belhaven is a main floor master plan that features a great room with a dramatic European style fireplace. Off the kitchen is a spectacular sun room ideal for year-round casual dining and entertaining. This was one of the early Certified Built Green Homes.
