WEST 58TH PLACE
Arvada
A main floor master bedroom ranch plan was one of the key
design elements for these owners. But, they also wanted a very
energy efficient and environmentally sensible home. They got
it all through a well-planned Built Green and Energy Star program
by Kurowski.
Can you imagine a hail proof roof? Well, this home has it
- a recycled rubber roof that looks
like concrete tile. This accessible ranch design has abundant
outdoor living space, both covered and uncovered, to enjoy the
different Colorado seasons. A photovoltaic (electric) solar
system tops off the owners desire to help the environment.
