 
GREENWOOD RESERVE at CHERRY CREEK
Arapahoe County
GREENWOOD RESERVE AT CHERRY CREEK is a very special community
because the environment was a key consideration throughout the entire
planning process. In order to save many trees, a plan was designed to
prevent over-lot grading which meant the use of low-impact ponds to
reduce the amount of storm water runoff to the County facilities.
Nine home sites are available for custom homes and homes for sale
built by Kurowski Development Co. All homes
built by Kurowski Development Co. are certified Built Green™ and
E-Star™ rated.
